Ellis Island Traveling Exhibit

> Farmington Library to Host Ellis Island Traveling Exhibit Oct. 4-16

> Beginning October 4, the Dakota County Farmington Library will be displaying a Teacher's Discovery Traveling Exhibit featuring the words and pictures of the millions who made their way to America through the "Golden Door" at Ellis Island. Visitors will enjoy the giant reproductions from Monday, Oct. 4 through Saturday, Oct. 16. The exhibit celebrates American history and the immigration experience.

> This presentation is part of Dakota County Library's annual Minnesota Mosaic(r) cultural arts series, which is sponsored by The Dakota County Library Foundation. This project was also funded with money from Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.

> All Minnesota Mosaic(r) events are free and open to all ages. The exhibit will be open during regular library hours: Monday-Wednesday, 12-8:30 p.m. and Thursday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
