Outer Space Drawing
Learn how to draw rockets and planets on black paper and use chalk pastels to create a bright special-effect that makes your picture pop. Presented by Abrakadoodle. Registration required. Ages: 5-12.

Open Knitting
Relax and enjoy the company of other knitters in a casual setting. Learn new stitches, get help with unfinished projects or just sit and knit. Other crafters also welcome.

Learn basic drawing and illustration techniques and explore the worlds, creatures and characters of fantasy and science fiction illustration using contemporary examples as inspiration for our own imaginative drawings. Presented by Artistry. Registration required. Ages: 11-17.

The Long Road to Publishing
Learn how to prepare your book to be published and how to maximize your publishing success. Various options will be presented and discussed and published author Kristin Van Risseghem will offer basic advice on how to promote yourself and your writing. Geared for ages 12 and older.
