Author to speak at Robert Trail (Rosemount) Library

Join us at Robert Trail Library on Saturday November 6, from 1-3 pm, as we host veteran Minnesota journalist Gregg Aamot, author of The New Minnesotans: Stories of Immigrants and Refugees.  Gregg will lead a discussion and answer questions about recent immigrants to the state.  This event is free and open to the public with no registration required.

The Minnesota Workforce Center will lead 2 classes designed to help job seekers.   Interviewing Skills will be held November 3 from 2-3:30 pm in the Westmeath Meeting Room at the Robert Trail Library.  Online Job Search will be held on November 17 from 2-3:30 pm in the Computer Lab at the Robert Trail Library.  Both classes are free, but registration is required.  Registration begins 2 weeks before each class.

The Robert Trail Book Discussion Group will meet on November 30 at 7:00 pm to discuss The Florist's Daughter by Patricia Hampl.  The Book Discussion Group meets in the Westmeath Meeting Room and is open to anyone who enjoys reading and discussing books; new members are always welcome.
