St. John the Baptist Catholic School-Vermillion welcomed TC Bear

Students at St. John the Baptist Catholic School-Vermillion welcomed TC Bear, the Minnesota Twins mascot, to school last week. TC paid a special visit to the school to present a $1,000 check to School Principal Sister Tresa Margret from Kemps Corporation. St. John School parent, Carol Anderson, mother of kindergartener Collin Anderson, recently won a contest sponsored by Kemps with the prize being $1,000 plus a visit from TC to a student's school. All students were allowed to wear MN Twins sportwear to school and everyone attended a performance by TC. Collin and his classmates had a special class picture taken with TC.
